We need a sharp, relationship-obsessed Permanent recruiter to join our Professional Services team recruiting white-collar roles across a variety of industries. Our current team is at capacity. Therefore, this is a warm desk built on relationships so good that your clients will practically invite you to Christmas!

- Permanent placements across a variety of Professional Services industries and roles.
- A warm client base with a 90% retention rate, built on genuine commercial relationships, not just good vibes.
- No cold calling - we have worked exceptionally hard to build the right sorts of relationships that bring us work.
- No splits, no ugly behaviour - the roles go to the person who has the capacity or who is best suited to the job or client. 
- If you are sick, on holiday, or just need a hand, this is when the Itches shine. We jump in to make sure you are supported and know that you will do the same.

You've got Perm recruitment experience, and you're good at it... But more importantly, you're good with people. You remember details. You follow through.
