Project & Site Administrator

Our client is a busy contractor with boots on the ground across WA's Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining projects, and they need a switched-on Site & Project Administrator to keep the paperwork, people and plans moving in the right direction.

Think of this as the hub of the wheel. You'll be the one making sure crews get mobilised before they land on site, making sure the paperwork says they're allowed to be there, and making sure the ops team and client know exactly where things stand.

What you'll be doing
Mobilising teams, subcontractors, plant and equipment - travel, accommodation, the lot
Keeping inductions, VoCs, training and site access current before anyone steps foot on camp
Managing checklists, rosters, registers and compliance records so nothing falls through the cracks
Coordinating travel and logistics (flights, vehicles, accommodation) without dropping the ball
Keeping project docs - contracts, drawings, reports, minutes - clean, controlled and findable
Liaising between the field, the office and the client so everyone's on the same page
Supporting demobilisations, audits and reporting as projects wind down
About you
2-3+ years' FIFO site admin or project admin experience - mining, construction or engineering ideal
A sharp organiser who doesn't miss a detail, even when you're juggling five things at once
Comfortable in MS Office and project tools (Project, SharePoint or similar)
Strong communicator - you can talk to a rig manager and an accounts clerk in the same hour

2:1 FIFO roster across Tier 1 & 2 mining projects in WA
$40-45/hr + super + $50/night site allowance
Circa $143k + super package (depending on experience)
Structured induction and onboarding - clear systems, solid templates, no flying blind
Reporting to the Operations Manager with a down-to-earth team around you
