- Help shape policy, process, and practice so this growth is sustainable
About You:
- Proven track record in leading operations in a mid-sized family-run or founder-led business
- Confident with 10–15 direct reports, ideally in a warehousing, logistics, or supply chain setting
- Experience coordinating teams across states, dealing with fractured or evolving cultures, and bringing them together
- Highly practical, proactive, hands-on style—willing and able to lead by example
- Excellent communicator, approachable, and able to make firm decisions as required
- Competent with workplace tech, able to drive adoption and upskilling across your teams
- Comfortable admitting when you need advice, ready to accept mentoring, and able to make the right call when it matters
- Motivated to learn, develop, and take on a future GM position
