4+ years design experience – agency favorable
Qualification in Graphic Design or related discipline essential
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and exceptionally skilled in Photoshop, Premier Pro and InDesign
Extensive print and web design experience, and capabilities to work in both media for integrated campaigns
Extremely creative in conceptual designs and an expert in finished art
Branding experience and working with style guides
Knowledge of preparing print ready artwork
Strong typographic and layout skills
Awareness of current and emerging print, web and mobile trends
Understanding of strategy and marketing concepts and how they apply to design outcomes and creative marketing execution
Resilience, ability to operate under pressure and adapt and adhere to shifting deadlines
Good organisational skills and the ability to work to stringent deadlines whilst coordinating several tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction, and independently with initiative and passion
