What’s the gig?

Jump into a Driller’s Offsider role on a 2:1 or 4:2 FIFO roster.

No mining experience? No worries - we’ll train you up and help you build a career in one of the country’s most in-demand industries.

This is physical work. It’s dusty, it’s demanding, and it’s damn rewarding. If you’ve worked in agriculture, construction, trades, or anything hands-on, you’ve already got a head start.

What you’ll need:
- A valid HR-B Licence (or a C Class Manual)
- WA-based (FIFO from Perth only)
- Fit, focused and ready for physically demanding work
- 6 months of recent experience working in a hard, repetitive labour role
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical + D&A screening
- Police Clearance (or happy to apply)
- High-risk tickets are a bonus
