DRILL FITTER/ PLANT MECHANIC - Field Service (Perm Position)

FIFO or NO-FIFO, you choose.

2:1 or 2:2 roster flying from Perth (or other major regional airports) or be based in our clients impressive Canning vale workshop, add onto that a market leading remuneration package and this is the role you have been waiting for.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?
Plant Mechanic / Drill Fitter trade qualification or equivalent.
Extensive experience in diagnosing / servicing / repairing of surface drill rigs, hydraulics, auxiliary water pumps and compressors.
Minimum HR drivers license.
Possess general welding and fabrication skills.
Attention to detail, organized, self-starter, strategic thinker, good problem solving and housekeeping skills.
Adaptable, you can multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Suitable computer skills – don’t worry you don’t need to be a guru!
Motivated to be apart of a proactive team focused on the continual development and improvement of the organisation.

Key components of this role are to service and maintain a modern fleet including;
Schramm drill rigs
Austex drill rigs
Boart Longyear drill rigs
Sandvik drill rigs
Sullair air compressors
Ox boosters, and;
Tracked support equipment.
