I’m working with one of WA’s most respected manufacturing and print companies – a business that’s been around for decades and is known for doing things properly.

They’re looking for someone exceptional to lead their Digital Print team. Someone who can run the room, keep the records tight, guide a small team, and juggle a thousand tasks without dropping a single one.

What you’ll be across
Full Adobe Creative Suite execution across all programs and products
Onyx ripping, stepping, file management and equipment maintenance
High-quality, error-free printing that’s on time and always on spec
Scheduling and prioritising digital, resin and laser jobs
ISO-level admin and documentation (yes, that means ISO9001)
Leading and supporting a team of three with calm, clear, positive communication
What you bring
A Cert IV or Degree in Graphic Arts Technology
Proven digital print experience – industrial, signage, or similar
Admin and recordkeeping skills that would make a librarian proud
Calm under pressure, accountable, and strong on follow-through
A good communicator who knows when to lead and when to roll up your sleeves
