Digital Marketing Coordinator

LET’S START WITH WHAT IS INVOLVED

The exciting role of Digital Marketing Coordinator is about developing and executing digital marketing plans and driving customer acquisition and conversion for two leading Australian brands.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with a fun, passionate and driven team across the sales, marketing, and digital teams, working on a variety of projects.

Contributing to the development and execution of digital marketing strategy, including but not limited to EDMs, Social, Online Marketing, promotions, and product content updates.
Managing company websites.
Managing the customer database and have a strong understanding of database segmentation
Executing marketing campaigns and communications with our database
Liaising and working with external digital agencies when required
Staying up to date on industry trends and technology
Competitor monitoring and reporting
Collaborating with the wider marketing team across campaigns / key projects

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

You must have a genuine care for sustainability and a care for the environment. If you don’t love the product you sell, you can’t be truly passionate about it… this is important.

You will also need:

2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management and/or PR (e – commerce experience will get you ahead of the pack!)
Qualification in Marketing or related discipline essential
Social media content creation skills
Experience with email marketing and database management platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online applications such as CRM and CMS
Solid data analytics, insights and campaign reporting skills
An attention to detail that a hawk would be jealous of! (hint: we test this a little later)
