THE FUN BIT

Work through the entire client lifecycle in this role. No more getting stuck behind a desk and a couple of screens!

You will not only be client facing but also out at business development events, building and strengthening relationships across the Perth financial management landscape.

So, needless to say, you need to bring excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), exceptional presentation and an EQ that can see you zig and zag to find someones roadmap, you thoroughly enjoy building relationships.

This skillset will also be critical in the way that you assist on the client and investor lifecycle as you will be there from onboarding, day-to-day management and beyond.

Now, the best bit is that you won't just get to fulfil your social cup here but also be able to diversify over the broader business including corporate strategy and marketing.

SOUND GOOD? HOW ABOUT WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE?

We know that the above sounds great, but you know that being a CSM isn't all shaking hands and meetings. There is the other side where you need to work your way through the compliance and administration side, and this is where you also shine.

You will bring to the role an exceptional attention to detail matched only by your time management.

Add to that a solid understanding around CRM records management, knowing your way around the Office 365 suite as well as Complii (or similar financial services technology) and you should have a pretty good picture if this role is right for you.

THE CLIENT - BORING OR WHAT?

The simple answer to this is 'NO!'.
