THE WHAT

Represent buyers in property transactions, providing expert guidance and negotiation support.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify suitable properties for your clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and facilitate the buying process from start to finish.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments.

THE NITTY GRITTY

Relevant experience in real estate, preferably as a buyers agent or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Knowledge of the local property market and real estate regulations.
Current Sales Registration – mandatory
