The role in a nutshell
You’ll sit at the heart of a values‑driven construction business that builds quality outcomes across WA. This is a combined role where your "detail-obsessed" nature meets high-level coordination.

You aren't just an admin; you are the keeper of the systems (Aconex, SharePoint, PIMs) and the strategist who ensures our winning bids are backed by flawless documentation.

What you’ll actually do: You’re the organiser, chaser, editor, and "revision-confident" finisher who turns moving parts into winning submissions.

You will:
- Own the bid lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end tender process, from identifying opportunities to producing polished, on-brand submissions that hit every deadline.
- Master the systems: Maintain and enhance our document control platforms (SharePoint, Aconex). You’ll control electronic document transfers between our clients and us, ensuring everything is tracked, stored, and easily accessible.
- Be the quality filter: Ensure incoming documentation complies with project requirements. You’ll manage records, document registers, and RFIs, ensuring our "revision confidence" is 100%.
- Collaborate with the a-team: Work closely with Major Projects, Design, and Estimating to pull in the right info. You’ll proof and format documents so they look sharp and align with brand guidelines (not “just another template”).
- Support the pipeline: Track live bids, report on progress, and support with pricing admin and sample drawings, checking that what we promise on paper can actually be built.
- The kind of human who will thrive here: You might be a high-performing Document Controller or Project Admin who has outgrown "attach and send" and wants more ownership, complexity, and influence.

You are:
- A natural planner who loves a colour‑coded schedule but stays calm when a key input arrives at 4:45 pm.
The person others trust to “word this better” and spot inconsistencies before they reach the client.
- Equally comfortable navigating a complex Aconex portal as you are interviewing a Project Manager to extract the "story" of a bid.

What you bring:
- Sector intel: Proven experience in construction, modular, or resource-related environments.
Technical chops: Advanced proficiency in MS Office and strong working knowledge of EDM systems (Aconex/SharePoint).
- Process mindset: You understand regulated environments and the importance of formal documentation requirements.
- Communication: Excellent written skills. You care about clarity, structure, and consistency.
- Education: A degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business is well-regarded, but your "stripes" earned in the field matter more.
