A true boss of the financial advisement industry, they are in desperate need of help managing the hundreds of clients flowing in!
 
Your role will require a meticulous eye for detail and some serious prioritisation/ time management skills to stay on top of work. But not to worry, this business works smart, not hard. With the intelligent use of automation technology and outsourcing, your time is freed up for smooth delivery and legendary client service.
 
One of your key responsibilities will be to support the Private Wealth Adviser(s) - you will be valued as a very important asset and keen to work as part of a dynamic team. Client experience is everything for this business, and you will be an expert in ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?
 
Your day to day duties:
 

  • Be the support network your friends (the Advice Team) deserve by helping prep review packs, executing client strategies, taking charge of client experiences and meetings + more.

  • Overseeing in-going and out-going correspondence of the Adviser(s).

  • Delegate emails from the business inbox, responding yourself when appropriate too.

  • Be kind to the Client Service Team – they respect you and may need your guidance and training at times

  • Think outside the box and provide innovative suggestions to improve projects (ie, when you are doing some light reading of the CSA Team Process & Procedures Manual and think it would be improved).

  
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
 
The essentials:
 
Okay so we will cut to the chase, you will need the below skills to get the job:
 

  • At least 5 years admin experience within the financial planning industry or professional servicw\es

  • Impeccable client service orientation

  • Excellent written/oral communication with numerical skills

  • Advanced MS Office skills

  • Knowledge of administration systems eg. XPlan

  • Self-motivated with regards to personal and professional development
