I’ve been able to find a job I love that combines my skills with my passion and all I can hope is that I can do the same thing for others which is why working in recruitment makes total sense for me.
My Recruitment Specialties
- Human Resources
- Healthcare
After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, I found myself drawn to Recruitment and Selection. This was not always my path. I originally studied to become a Pharmacist but soon found a passion in Human Resources and Population Health. An unlikely mix, I did not think it would be possible to find a job that combined my passion for health with my love for people and business but here we are! I have experience working within the Health industry at one of the busiest hospitals in Perth, as well as in Human Resources so can comfortably say I know what I’m talking about when it comes to health and HR. Whilst I do love HR, I’ve always had a soft spot for recruitment and have been in the industry since 2018.
Nothing fills my cup more than finding the right person the perfect role and knowing that I have made a positive difference in someone's life. While I am certainly an advocate for the candidate, I take the trust that a client gives us very seriously and always strive to provide an incredible, professional service to them. To me recruitment isn't sales, it is about consulting and providing HR support to a business and I always take this approach in my work.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, having a Greek and Italian heritage, a love of food is in my blood and I think I make a great ragu and spanakopita. When I’m not cooking (or eating) you will find me cuddling my beautiful Golden Retriever, Mack.
