A HR all-rounder, you will largely oversee staff mobilisation and onboarding activities… however every day will be different.
One day you may be responding to employee enquiries, the next providing senior management with the advice, coaching and feedback they need to manage internal reviews, improvement plans and the performance management process.
An admin superstar, you will need strong skills in drafting and developing HR documentation and the ability to correspond in the form of letters, reports and presentations. You will be proactive in assisting in the recruitment and selection process, writing employment contracts and sifting through candidates to ensure you employ the best people for your team.
Working closely with senior management you will need to form strong relationships and help advise managers on contracts including terms and conditions of employment.
