Our client is looking for an HR – People and Performance Superstar who thrives on effecting change and has a strong desire to utilize all the skills you have acquired over your career so far.
The company knows that it is vital to find someone who will own the continuous improvement of HR operations and oversee a team to manage the recruitment life cycle, training plans, career development and IR. Whilst this sounds pretty straight forward you will be aware that this is more than words on a page, it is about creating framework, managing a team and ultimately being responsible for driving HR strategy in line with the company values of innovation, safety, diversity and productivity. You will have the confidence to make the big decisions and work hand in hand with the owners and senior leaders in managing the business.
This role is a relatively new position and you will come on board at a time of change that is seeing unprecedented growth and change, it is a very exciting time to join this team.
In demonstrating their determination to be sophisticated in their approach they are appointing leaders in their field including a General Manager who has a stellar career in leading organisations through growth and strategy. With a career spanning management consulting, operational improvement, financial structuring and accounting, allowing you to work with one of the best.
The perfect candidate for this role will have experience in a rapidly changing landscape and will have a broad set of HR, management and people skills. With the opportunity to seek key players in an already established recruitment and operations support team.

We need a true unicorn, someone with expertise across the full spectrum of HR, from performance to talent mapping and work force planning to culture and improvement, you will have some serious notches on your belt within an HR operations role. This is the role for someone who is a HR heavyweight!

You are a trusted advisor to the operations team on all things HR. Nothing phases you as you’ve done everything all before.

The team has a clear vision, context and objectives which you have successful directed and influenced.
