Our client is an Allied Health provider and services a wide range of industries across WA. The business has been growing significantly and continuously, so it is no surprise that they are continuing to add to their already big team.

The office is next-level beautiful and on the CBD outskirts, close to public transport, multi-level carparks, and (most importantly) some pretty great restaurants, bars and cafes.

After the promotion of someone within the business (are you sensing a theme?), a position has become available for a Training Administrator. One of the services provided by our client is training sessions for their clients. Your role will be to assist in the coordination of these sessions, including mobilising the Trainer to mine sites across the state. You will be booking travel, scheduling trainers, providing quotes, organising PPE, and ensuring the Trainer has everything they require to run the session when they get there. You'll be acting as a bit of a Personal Assistant and will be heavily relied upon to ensure each session runs smoothly.


The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in an administrative capacity. You will be dealing with a lot of clients, so must have strong written and verbal communication skills. You need to be a problem solver, with initiative who is resilient. At times, you will deal with some demanding clients (particularly when there is an emergency) so you must be good at defusing when in these sorts of situations. It goes without saying, but you must also have strong attention to detail and be able to manage your time very well.
