Technical Support Coordinator
Location:
Bibra Lake WA 6163, Australia
Job Type:
Permanent Full Time
Early starts. Real gear. Good people.
Our client is a global equipment company with a no-nonsense Perth workshop in Bibra Lake. Small crew who know their stuff, back each other up, and get the job done.
You'll be the link between the workshop floor, the office, and job sites. The person who keeps track of what's going where, makes sure parts are ready when the techs need them, and sorts out the admin so everyone else can focus on the tools.
What you'll actually do:
- Track equipment in and out (compressors, generators, tools)
- Manage stock and spares so nothing holds up a job
- Handle job sheets, compliance paperwork, and QA checks
- Coordinate with workshop crew and site teams
- Keep spreadsheets and systems running smoothly
- Make sure gear is serviced, tested, and ready to roll
You'll fit if:
- You've worked around diesel compressors & generators (even better if you've turned a spanner yourself)
- You're organised but not precious. Workshops move fast
- Excel doesn't scare you (formulas, tracking, updates)
- You can juggle multiple jobs without losing the plot
- You like being useful, not just busy
The setup:
- 8am starts, free parking
- Monthly pay - $80 - $95k + super
- Small team (Dan, Jon, plus two admin legends)
- Real training, clear support, room to grow if you want it
- You'll need an NPC (or be happy to get one) and pass a medical
To apply:
Send your resume and a quick cover letter telling me (Andrew) what gear you've worked with and how you keep things on track when it gets busy.
