The Nitty Gritty:
- Lead environmental approvals, compliance, monitoring and heritage programs (no clipboard warriors here, bring brain and boots)
- Work closely with ops teams, Traditional Owners and key community folk—relationship building is key
- Write, review and ignite management plans, procedures and reports, yep, you need to care about the details
- Own environmental training, awareness programs and ISO14001 system delivery, build capability, drive best practice
- Two-stage interview, and you’ll be trusted to get up to speed fast

FIFO Life:
- Perth FIFO, alternating 8:6 and 4:3 rosters. Work hard, get a real break
- After hours? It’s remote mining, you know the deal, but they believe in balance not burnout

You Bring:
- Degree-qualified (Enviro, Heritage, Archaeology or similar)
- 5+ years in environment or heritage roles (mining/resource sector ideally)
- Solid WA statutory, approvals and compliance experience
- Real boots-on-ground experience, traditional owner engagement, compliance programs, heritage surveys
- ISO14001 EMS and a knack for procedure writing
- A proactive, partnership mindset, this operation is all about team, transparency and driving better outcomes
