Located in Perth's southeastern suburbs (less than 15 minutes from the CBD), our client is a community-focused software business, with a strong focus on providing seamless services in the health care sector. They offer clinical and technical services to their wide customer base, as well as a range of products across all platforms. Naturally, they have a caring nature, and you can expect a supportive, respectful and stable team.

The office has recently been refurbished and is in a bit of a tech hub, so you’ll be surrounded by likeminded people (the only difference is you will be working at the place where they all wish they were working!) WHAT’S INVOLVED?

This is a classic Sales Representative role, which will see you generating, following up and converting leads to clients – and continuing to nurture the relationship. Pack your suitcase, there will be local and interstate travel.

Here’s what some of responsibilities will look like:
- Preparing and delivering stellar presentations and product demos showcasing the latest software releases
- Building rapport and seeing the sales process all the way through, and beyond
- Account management which includes picking up the phone and making the most of upselling opportunities
- Assisting with the planning and roll out of sales and marketing campaigns
- Cold calling and attending industry events, working the room to make the most of every conversation
- Following up on inbound enquiries

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

This is a role for kind-hearted, confident sales rep who never crosses the line into arrogance. It goes without saying that your communication and interpersonal skills must be second to none. Your superpower is your ability to seek out new business and drive sales sky high.

Here’s what else we’re looking for:
- Truly outstanding sales and customer service skills and the experience to back it up
- High principles regarding honesty and integrity
- An organised and process-driven approach to lead generation and conversation
- Someone who is not afraid of picking up the phone and making cold calls
- A creative thinker, who wants to innovate
- Experience or an understanding of the health care sector (but this is not essential)
