Principal Consultant - Professional Services

And now we need a sharp, relationship-obsessed Permanent recruiter to join our Professional Services team recruiting white-collar roles across a variety of industries. Our current team is at capacity; therefore, this is a warm desk built on relationships so good they practically invite you to Christmas.

First, some questions.
When taking a brief from a client, do you ask questions like; why did the last person leave? What does success look like in 12 months? Who does this role report to, and what are they like? What are the personality traits you respect the most? What are the no-gos?  Or are you only worried about skills, salary and what the fee will be?

If it's the latte,r then close the ad, you aren't for us. But if you are a commercially astute person who is inquisitive about what makes your clients tick, then read on.
