The role is for trades (not drilling), from entry level to skilled roles, both permanent and temp.
  
Itch Recruitment needs a new Itch.
We've been scratching WA's recruitment itch since 2012, and we're bloody good at it. Now we need someone to jump in alongside Allan Stuart - 17 years experience, a 7-figure biller, and the kind of recruiter other recruiters quietly Google to work out how he does it (and we are yet to hear someone who has a bad word to say about the guy - seriously, it's kind of annoying!)

You've already got runs on the board in Trades or blue-collar recruitment. You build relationships like other people breathe — clients call you first, candidates trust you, and you actually follow up. You're straight-talking, thick-skinned, tenacious in sourcing and tight with your admin.

You treat people like humans, not transactions. You'd rather have 10 brilliant clients than 50 average ones. And you can handle a no-show at 5 am without losing your mind... or at least without showing it.

What you won't find here:
- Cold calling lists
- A manager who disappears after handing you a budget
- Complicated systems that are designed to make you feel busy instead of productive
- Anyone telling you to "smash the phones"
