Due to an increasing client base, there is an opportunity for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a team of plumbers, ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of plumbing services to valued mining and commercial clients.

You’ll be doing things like:

- Supervise and direct a team of qualified plumbers and gas fitters to complete projects on time, to a high standard and in a safe and compliant manner
- Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of plumbing and gas fitting tasks and projects
- Monitor job progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to plumbers as needed
- Liaise with clients to manage and build relationships by addressing inquiries and address concerns in a prompt and professional fashion
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all plumbing work performed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions
- Maintain and promote a high level of health, safety and environmental awareness and comply with relevant policies and procedures

You’ll need:

- Cert III in Plumbing & Gasfitting (of course)
- Valid WA driver’s licence
- 3+ years as a Plumbing Supervisor
- National Police Clearance
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Computer literacy (you’ll be using tablets/systems daily)
