Plumbing Supervisor

We’ve teamed up with a down‑to‑earth, Kalgoorlie‑based outfit that’s been keeping WA’s plumbing, excavation, and waste systems running smoother than a well‑greased ball valve for almost 20 years.

They’re busy, like, “too‑many‑jobs‑not‑enough‑hands” kind of busy. So they’re on the lookout for a Plumbing Supervisor who can keep the wheels rolling and the water flowing on commercial, mining and large residential projects.

Here’s the drill:
- FIFO from Perth only – nice tidy 8/6 day‑shift roster (because night shifts are for bats).
- Earn up to $185K + Super, depending on how much wisdom you bring to the table.
- Oversee an experienced team who know their way around a trench.
- Keep jobs safe, on time, compliant and done to a high standard.
- Work with clients who actually appreciate good communication (regular site visits)
- Checks on labour rates and materials
- Manage teams of up to 20 staff over various sites

We’re looking for someone with:
- Plumbing & Gasfitting trade cert (obviously).
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- A strong focus on commercial plumbing.
- A few solid years steering crews and wrangling projects.
- An eye for safety and a head for scheduling
- Open C-Class driver's licence
- Clean National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
