Part-time Accounts/Bookkeeper-12-month contract

I’m looking for an experienced Accounts / Bookkeeper to take full ownership of the numbers for our client located just north of the city.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing all financials to Trial Balance
- Daily, weekly and monthly bank recs and dashboard reporting
- Processing payroll, annual leave, LSL and journals
- Running accounts payable and receivable – invoices, payments, cash flow
- Ordering office supplies and stock when needed
- Staying on top of admin and compliance with ISO9001 standards
- Supporting the team with clear reporting and solid communication

What you’ll need:
- Experience in a similar accounts/bookkeeping role
- Confidence using Xero, MYOB or similar accounting systems
- Solid grasp of payroll, super, and general ledger work
- Good communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Calm, organised and able to keep the wheels turning without drama

What’s in it for you?
- $70- $80k + super (pro-rated)
- 12-month contract (potential extension)
- Part-time, circa 20 hours per week over 5-days
