This is an amazing opportunity to join one of Perth’s most prominent real estate companies and learn everything you need to know about property management. You will be working with one of the best teams out there who are smart, super friendly and most importantly, really good at what they do. Honestly, we could go on about them all day! Located just minutes from the CBD, the office is in an ultra-accessible location and close to delicious lunch spots and gorgeous parks! This is a really great role because you are given the opportunity to learn and grow with the help of highly experienced people in the industry. WHAT’S INVOLVED?
This role is still going to be super hands on but is mainly admin based and you will have ongoing training and support to be the absolute best.

You will be working closely with a Senior PM who is absolutely divine!

In a nutshell you will be sharing the below duties.
- Routine inspections
- Viewings
- Maintenance
- Sending and Receiving PCR's
- Prepare MA and lease agreements
- Bond lodgements
- Rent arrears
- Sending routine inspection notices

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has at least 12 months experience in property management. You absolutely must have current WA Property Management Registration and be able to provide this at interview as well as a valid driver's licence. We also need you to be comfortable working on your own, be willing to learn, be well presented and of course, have strong organisational skills (it is property management after all!)
