We will be honest; we did some poking around at other roles advertised for an Internal Sales & Office Administrator and based on that we promise not to use the word “Superstar” in this ad!


Our client is seeking an internal salesperson who is a supers… (whoops almost did it), actually our client doesn’t need one of them. They need someone with a passion to offer exceptional customer service to their clients. In this role your client will be internal (almost always) then add into this various administration tasks, so you will get some great variety in the types of work you are doing.

We want the type of person that say’s to themselves “How can I make this experience the best it can be?” each (and every) time they deal with someone. To sum it up, we are looking for someone that cares about what they do.

You will work as part of a fantastic team that both support and develop one another, ensuring that the end result is an excellent customer experience.

Do you need a sales background? Yes, ideally a retail background in tech sales, think mobile phones, IT, auto parts, radio or electrical goods.

You key responsibilities are to:
Attend to basic sales enquires, building up to more complex over time
Monitor the sales inbox
Process customer purchase orders
Backup administration support

• Experience working either in Internal Sales or Retail Sales
• Being able to juggle competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to details is a must, matched with great time management
• Problem solving – you use your common sense to see the solution, not the roadblock
