Field Service Technician

Our client is a market leader in dust control and haul road management solutions. Operating in Australia for over 15 years.

Itch is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our clients team in Muchea and Malaga, WA. Regular travel a couple of times per month for 2-3 days is required in line with project needs.

Responsibilities
- Operations and maintenance relating to storage & loadout facilities, fleet management, and deployed assets (predominantly pumps and fog cannons) at customer sites.
- Effectively support customer site operations by proactively problem-solving and working with the team to find appropriate solutions to issues that may arise.
- Support business to achieve WHSEQ & Compliance objectives.
- Build, maintain, and support positive customer relationships across all sites.

What We Need
- Full unrestricted Australian Working rights
- Trade or Technical Certificate.
- Current Driver's Licence
- Sound knowledge of pumps and small diesel engines
- Previous operations experience either in the process, civil, or resources sector.
- Ability to develop trust and build relationships at all levels.
- Computer skills - Microsoft 365.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
