Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Location:
Subiaco WA 6008, Australia
Job Type:
Permanent Full Time
Your new opportunity!
You will be an Executive Assistant and Office Manager supporting two senior leaders (including the Principal) in a company renowned for its standards, creativity, and collaborative culture. This is a permanent, full-time position based in a thriving, professional services business with a welcoming, social team and big ambitions.
The role is available due to the current incumbent moving to a new role within the organisation.
Why join?
Be central to a purposeful business with impact, vision, and a passion for beautiful solutions.
Enjoy Friday team lunches, social events, family inclusive functions, annual reviews, and continuous growth opportunities.
Thrive in a culture that values mutual respect, integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
What you’ll do:
You won’t just manage calendars, you’ll strategise, organise, anticipate, and keep the wheels of the business turning smoothly. The majority of your role will be working with the most senior leader. No two days will look alike, but you can expect to:
Provide high-level administrative and personal support.
Flag, follow-up and action important correspondence and manage busy inboxes.
Coordinate and manage meetings, events and all travel arrangements.
Proactively maintain weekly action lists, keeping the Principal on track and prepared.
Oversee the smooth operation of the premises, manage vendor relationships, and serve as the key contact for property matters.
Partner with external IT support, manage asset registers and software licenses, and coordinate hardware allocations.
Lead the management of reception (including KPIs and coverage) and support occasional initiatives for affiliated brands.
Nurture business culture, plan events, and orchestrate broader team connection.
You will be working with the kind of leader who wants to work with a right-hand person who is quick-thinking, strategic and remains composed under pressure.
Who thrives here?
You're driven by the challenge of supporting senior leaders, building strong relationships, owning projects end-to-end, and having direct access and impact at the decision-making table, all within a fast-moving, high-achieving, and social team.
What you bring:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an EA/Office Management role, ideally in professional services.
A reputation for unflappable composure, precision, and problem-solving finesse.
Intermediate-advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), you’ll showcase these via skills assessments at the final stage.
A passion for elevating culture, delivering on commitments, and keeping everything (and everyone) on track.
