What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars, email accounts and filter communications from external parties
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Oversee administration across farming, vineyard, property, and investment projects
- Travel coordination: Your Executive travels frequently throughout the year and you’ll manage itineraries, bookings, and logistics
- Bring technical efficiency to complement an Executive who prefers pen and paper
- Handle occasional Personal Assistant duties. Including, booking personal appointments
- Pivot quickly as priorities change from managing your Executive to supporting various business activities
About the Leader You’ll Support:
Your Executive is a highly successful businessman who values clear, detailed communication and always provides context during handovers.
They travel regularly and work flexibly between the office and other locations, so you’ll often operate autonomously while ensuring everything runs seamlessly. They prefer face-to-face conversations whenever possible, but when that’s not practical, email is the best option for non-urgent matters.
You’ll be the trusted right-hand to someone who is incredibly knowledgeable, well-travelled, has a deep appreciation for art, enjoys a good laugh, and values family time.

What You Bring:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Senior Administrative or Executive/Personal Assistant roles
- Strong grammar and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in managing up
- Tech-savvy with: Microsoft 365 and SharePoint or other similar web-based document management platforms
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Understanding of family business dynamics; background in family or agribusiness is a bonus (not mandatory)
