THE KEY BITS

- Travel Management: Coordinate extensive and often last-minute travel arrangements. This CEO travels weekly, across almost every continent.

- Diary & Inbox Management: Be the gatekeeper to the CEO’s three unsynchronised diaries and inboxes. Your organizational skills will keep her world in order.

- Executive Support: Provide high-level support, including drafting and responding to communications on the CEO’s behalf, ensuring impeccable grammar and formatting.

- Board Support: The CEO chairs three boards, and you may travel with her 2-3 times a year to support her in these roles.

- Reception Duties: Occasionally manage reception tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations of the office.

- High Autonomy: Operate with significant autonomy. The CEO does not micromanage; she will give you a task and expect it to be completed with excellence.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- A seasoned professional with experience in executive support, ideally in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

- A perfectionist with a keen eye for detail, especially in written communication.

- Exceptionally organised, with the ability to manage multiple diaries, emails, and tasks simultaneously.

- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in an ever-changing environment where priorities can shift at a moment's notice.

- Comfortable with significant travel and occasional international trips.

- A proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative.

- Experienced in managing complex logistics and high-level projects.
