WHY THIS ROLE?
If you have 3+ years experience as an Estimator in either Civil Construction, Haulage and/or Mining Services area then this the role you want!
In this newly created role, you will report to the Business Operations Manager and enjoy the perks of being based in Perth but still getting out on site where the action is.
You will work as part of the strong Operations Team and play a pivotal role in the assessment of project costs as well as working across various projects. Alongside this you will assist in the preparation of tenders, bids, and ensuring the ongoing profitability of their various projects.

THE SPECIFICS
As an experienced Estimator you know what is going to be required from you in this role, but lets go over the main points.
- Of course, you need an exceptional eye for detail.
- You can review and assist in the preparation of tender documents.
- You're a wiz in preparing bid proposals and just as comfortable in contract discussions.
- You thrive on digging into project plans, specifications and their requirements because you know it's the best way to understand the project scope and the objectives and desired outcomes.
- You have an excellent EQ that sees you easily communicate with your team on both the pros & cons of potential projects.
