Estimator & Site Supervisor

Based in Perth’s northern suburbs, this tight-knit crew is led by an innovative director who embraces technology, values precision, and fosters a culture of support, speed, and customer-first thinking.

We’re looking for someone who’s just as sharp with a laptop as they are with a tape measure. If you’ve worked with V6 or similar optimisation/design software and know your way around quoting tools and job management systems, we want to hear from you!

WHATS INVOLVED?

- You’ll be on-site for major commercial and residential jobs, managing client relationships, deadlines, and delivery.
- You’ll lead quoting and estimating with accuracy and confidence, collaborating closely with the Production - Manager to keep margins healthy and jobs on track.
- You’ll work mostly in the office and on-site, focusing on structures, details, and client coordination but you’re not afraid to jump on the tools when needed to support the team.
- You’ll develop and influence the crew by mentoring glaziers, upskilling staff, and setting the standard for quality and efficiency.
- You’ll actively chase tenders and new work, helping the business grow while keeping service levels high.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be a key driver of growth, performance, and innovation with the freedom to shape how things are done and the support to make it happen.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

- 3+ years’ experience in a Lead Estimating/Site Supervisor role within the glazing industry!
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong technological skills
