We’re looking for someone sharp, switched on, and serious about service. You’ve done this before - somewhere with phones ringing, inboxes pinging, and people relying on you to know what’s going on. If you’ve worked in an office-based customer service role (think: call centre, admin-heavy coordination, or support teams), this will feel right at home.

What you’ll be doing:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers who need a solution, not a script
- Booking in repairs, scheduling contractors, and keeping everything running like clockwork
- Following up without being asked because you’re just wired that way
- Building great working relationships with customers, trades, and teammates
- Getting amongst a team that’s tight-knit, down-to-earth, and big on backing each other

What we’re looking for:
- Someone with solid experience in a fast-paced office environment (customer service, support, or coordination roles welcome)
- Confident communicator with great phone manners and strong computer skills
- A natural organiser who thrives when there’s a bit to juggle
- A team player with heart, hustle, and a low-drama attitude
- Someone who doesn’t just talk about care and follow-through - you live it
