You’ll be the face of the business and there to ensure effective, efficient workflows and positive client outcomes throughout the business. There are 3 Directors to which you will be the layer in-between, like custard in a vanilla slice. It’s a management role, but that doesn’t involve wrapping everyone in red tape, the focus is more on investing in the team and fostering good internal relationships.

It looks a little something like this:

20% finance/planning/management
Assisting the Directors in ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and monitoring finances and budgets.

10% strategy/business development/marketing

15% operations
Insurances, design and maintaining programs, policies, procedures, developing and controlling project costs (All the fun stuff!)

15% quality assurance
It’s all about integrity, maintaining customer satisfaction and focus and quality outcomes.

This is an integral role within the business, and you will need to set an example for others in relation to fulfilling the values of the business and ensuring overarching goals are met. Because of the amazing team environment here, we are looking for someone who can slot in like the missing piece of the puzzle, so the right attitude and the ability to foster good relationships are a must.
