Based on the CBD fringes, this is an award-winning company who are changing the skyline of Perth and pushing the boundaries of architecture in both residential and commercial construction. This is a multi-entity company, where you will be involved in around 7 businesses, with money moving in between, as well as through affiliate companies.

This is a hands-on role and you need to be totally adaptable to a fast-paced, ever changing environment, flexible and willing to help.

Time management is crucial, and you really don’t have time to get bogged down in the details. You will be responsible for maintaining current records and company finances whilst maintaining accuracy, reliability and integrity of the company's financial activities. Your duties will include:

- Accounts payable/accounts receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Fortnightly payroll for over 45 staff using MYOB
- Tax & superannuation payments
- Monthly and quarterly BAS preparation
- Assisting with monthly reporting
- Preparation of monthly accounting journals, accruals and reconciliations
- Intercompany charges and reconciliations


You need to show initiative and be proactive - someone that can put their head down and get the job done whilst being friendly and able to build rapport with your colleagues.

You will have had experience working in a corporate structure with a degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business, economics, finance or a related field.

To be considered you will also need:
- Experience in a corporate environment particularly for multi-entity businesses
- Experience in inter-company transactions
- Experience in bookkeeping including payroll and Superannuation (for around 45 people)
- Experience preparing BAS
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MYOB, Xero and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in DEAR and Projectworks is desirable
