Appliance Technician - Commercial Laundry Equipment

If you’re an experienced Laundry Technician with a WA Restricted or Open Electrical Licence, this one’s hot off the press.

Our client (based in Welshpool) is growing their crew of legends.

They work with big-name commercial laundry brands like Maytag and Girbau, and they’re looking for someone who knows their spin cycles from their rinse holds – and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the nitty gritty.

You'll be out and about across metro Perth (and occasionally regional WA), servicing and repairing equipment in places like laundromats, hotels, aged care, mine sites and more.

It’s reliable work with a seriously good crew – no fluff, no drama, just a strong team that backs each other.

What’s in the wash for you:
- $85k–95k + Super (based on experience)
- Company vehicle with fuel card (yes, personal use in metro is fine)
- Phone, tablet and all tools provided
- Full product training and great support from a tight-knit team
- Mon–Fri only, 7:30am–4:00pm – no weekends, no late shifts

What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping washers and dryers spinning like a dream
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding without fluffing it
- Installing new machines that clients will be over the moon about
- Keeping breakdowns to a minimum and customers on cloud nine
- Chatting with clients (but never talking in circles)
- Working alongside the team so everyone’s in sync – no odd socks here

What we need from you:
- WA Electrical Licence (Restricted or Open)
- Experience working on commercial/industrial laundry equipment
- Valid driver’s licence + full Australian working rights
- Problem-solver with a cool head and a hands-on mindset
- Happy to work independently but always up for a team yarn
- Mechanically minded, customer focused and ready to learn
