They continue to grow and now require a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join their team in this newly created role.
THE DAY TO DAY
As Administration Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the incoming sales inbox, creating customer quotes, and liaising with various teams to facilitate the sales process.
You will also be responsible for monitoring their sales dashboard using PowerBI, an incredible tool that drives their entire business.
LETS BREAK THAT DOWN
Monitor Incoming Sales Inbox:
- Manage and pass on incoming sales inquiries to the sales team promptly.
- Ensure all customer communications are documented and addressed.
Create Customer Quotes:
- Generate accurate and competitive quotes for customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all quotes meet company standards.
Compile Information for Sales Reps:
- Gather and organise all necessary information to support the sales representatives.
- Provide detailed briefs to reps to enhance customer interactions.
Liaise with the Design Team:
- Work closely with the design team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Facilitate clear communication between sales and design departments.
Follow Up with Sales Reps:
- Ensure sales reps have the information and support they need to close deals. (The team here don't need much prompting to follow up so it's just a case of ensuring nothing slips through the net).
- Track the progress of sales activities and provide updates.
Connect Purchase Orders to Work Orders:
- Link purchase orders to relevant work orders.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
Monitor Sales Dashboard (PowerBI):
- Utilise PowerBI to monitor and analyse sales data.
- Provide insights and reports to support decision-making processes.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
