An opportunity to work for one of Perth’s most respected and advanced brands, this financial planning and personalised strategy business has clients flowing through the doors and they need a very organised and experienced EA who is ready to take on the challenge. With plans to relocate to one of Perth’s most luxurious offices in the CBD, boasting a pool, a gym, bike storage and ample indoor/outdoor seating areas you will truly be living a life of luxe.
The nitty-gritty involves all the usual EA duties such as managing the Managing Director’s diary, meetings, calls, emails and travel arrangements. With clients based all over Australia, you must be technologically advanced, capable of booking web-based meetings, teleconferencing and videoconferencing bookings when necessary.
Preparation and distribution of documents will be required and may include minute-taking and branding presentations, ensuring all documents are appropriately proofed for errors.
You will be coordinating events, ordering stationery, maintaining the office and liaising with outsourced providers such as IT.
You will be a problem solver and the Managing Director’s right-hand person.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
First things first, you will need to hit the ground running in this role, so proven experience in a fast-paced EA role is mandatory (extra points for understanding the financial advice process).
Secondly, this is a role for someone with exceptional client services focus – if you don’t like talking with and listening to people, solving their problems, or finding answers, then this is not the job for you!
You will also need to be an MS Office suite expert and IT savvy, capable of quickly learning the technologies utilised by the practice (ie XPLAN).
