WHAT’S INVOLVED?
 
The Business Manager ensures efficient and effective workflows and positive client outcomes throughout the business  While providing specific client support to the leading Advice Team, you will be responsible for workflow management across the business. You will be responsible for:
 

  • Business Workflow Management – You are across all work at all times, ensuring that all deliverables are met. You are responsible for reporting on all moving prospects and know when to step in and assist with any delays.

  • Client work – Attend meetings and provide high level client support and coach people within the business on client work.

  • Supervise the Executive Assistant – train and upskill where required.

  • Manage all outsourced tech.

  
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
 
This is a senior leadership position within the business so it is integral that you are someone who can set an example for others in relation to fulfilling the values of the business and ensuring the overarching goals are met. You must be success-focused. If you are ever bored in this role, you are not doing your job! You must be personable and have outstanding communication skills. We also require someone who is excellent at project management and organisation as well as a keen problem-solver with a strong attention to detail. We are also looking for:
 

  • Experience in a similar role within the financial planning industry as well as a solid understanding of the financial advice process and business operations of a financial advice practice.

  • Up to date accreditation

  • Expert working knowledge of XPLAN

  • Knowledge of FASEA and Compliance Requirements
